That guy did everything in his power to entertain every ass that was in every seat. In the end, he kept getting robbed because judges hated his flashy, non-traditional style (and because he would fight on his opponent's turf); but his skill was unquestionable.

The best way to determine if someone is a boxing fan is to ask them about Augustus; if they reply that he was bad, it is because they are only looking at his "official" record, those people aren't worth listening to. No one who ever saw him box thought he was anything less than incredible.
