Lewis's trainer explains: "It was not a polished victory. Lennox Lewis did get hurt and I don't know yet if he is going to fight again." - Emanuel Steward
I wish the fight had carried on and Vitali had got sparked in the 7th. Lewis didnt want it stopped either.
@4:43 Emanuel Steward: "He is still fighting out there." Lennox Lewis: "I know" Emanuel Steward: "Stay out of your left before you worn him." :hi: [yt]dlli6mvsOGU[/yt]
Lets take the biased point of view of Lewis' trainer and try to use it as facts Classic vitali hater logic.
Vitali is so good that people can only criticize his "skin resistance" as a criticism because there are no other flaws about him. Tell me something flawed about Vitali as a boxer in terms of his chin, punching output, and numerous other factors. Hint: You can't.
In terms of his boxing ability he posses the least flaws that any fighter can take advantage of. There is never a blueprint to Vitali's style due to these lack of flaws. Many ATG's had a problem if they are heavily pressured, but Vitali is tailor made for pressure fighters. If someone fights Vitali defensively, he'll utilize his jab and make them pay. Compare this to other ATG's where no matter how great they are they still always have a flaw that could be taken advantage of such as a weak chin. That's why H2H Vitali would be a beast and you're delusional if you think he isn't a top H2H fighter. There is no style or blueprint that a fighter can make that has been proven to beat Vitali.
