Wladimir is another great example of just how important it is for athletes to take care of their bodies, eat clean year-round, and stay in shape in between fights. His longevity in the sport has been extremely impressive. He'll be able to fight at a very high level for a while at this rate.

If he was Roy Jones he could say he was shot fighting other fighters.

People gonna be shouting WladKo when he's 47 in the same way they shout BHop.
. . . Hah. I'll give Wlad another 5 years though, he says he's in his prime right now

You have to remember it's not like he's taken ALOT of punishment in his career aside from his 3 losses. Other then that he has barley lost a round and dominated every opponent.

    He will be fine.

I believe he could carry on for years but I only hope that he'll also get the WBC belt and be the first one(hw) to get all of those at a time.

Except Wlad, at age 37, is fighting an Italian cab driver called Parmesan (or something like that).

all those guys had others nipping at their heels. Even if Wlad starts to slip from now on he can stay on top for another few years given who's out there. Robert Helenius is a top 10 contender and seeing him for the first time at the weekend I realised what a bag of **** he is, nobody else I've seen coming up has a chance against Wlad either.

You guys could be right. It's true he hasn't taken a lot of punishment, but reflexes and speed slow with time regardless. We'll see.
