That's right! Legendary Nights is back according to Fat Dan in the fall. It will be a 1hr show on the Trilogy of Gatti vs Ward.

    Well done HBO

    YES.

This is the kind of thing BoxNation should have brought the right to and shown on line.

what other fights could they do?

I suppose they will have Marquez vs Pacquiao fights at some point. Massive fan of Legendary nights and look forward to this immensely. Gatti vs Ward speaks for itself really.

I suspect they could also do Hatton vs Mayweather etc.

Boxing documentaries about fights HBO have shown in the past. Fights with proper significance like Foreman/Moorer, Chavez/Taylor, Hagler/Hearns.

Check them out on youtube, well worth a watch. Some people will say they're not entirely accurate and push some myths like Leonard ducking Hagler. That might be true but it's still a great series.

    edit:
These are the ones they did in the past -

The Tale of Foreman vs. Moorer
The Tale of Trinidad vs. De La Hoya
The Tale of Bowe vs. Golota
The Tale of Lewis vs. Tyson
The Tale of Leonard vs. Hagler
The Tale of Chavez vs. Taylor
The Tale of Tyson vs. Douglas
The Tale of Bowe vs. Holyfield
The Tale of Hagler vs. Hearns
The Tale of Leonard vs. Hearns
The Tale of Holmes vs. Cooney
The Tale of Pryor vs. Arguello

I think these will all covered:

    Lewis - Klitschko
    Mayweather - Hatton
    Pacquiao - Marquez
    Hopkins - Trinidad
    Pacquiao - De La Hoya
