Same way Sylvester softened Karmazin up eh. I can come up with something too thats completely non factual too, to support my argument. GGG beating Proksa was a good win and you know it too, he stopped the guy who is the 2nd best win on Geale's resume or are we including 38 year old's with dodgy hips ?

 

imo mundine would work from the outside using his jab , GGG controling the centre picking his shots , everytime he gets close mundine ties him up , mundine was quick in his earlier days and i think he can take punch from GGG , so this 1 is going the distance GGG is trying to work mundine into the corners and get that straight right left hook which has worked many times before, GGG takes this on points but its close

 

The Mundine glass jaw is a bit of a myth, the Ottke KO was more exaustion, the Wood KO was more like what the **** haha, Mundine was intimidated by big strong punchers but he mixed it up with guys like Kessler, Green and Echols was regarded as an extremely dangerous and KO artist at the time...

 

Yet Pirog and Williams get a free pass for fighting him. It won't be an impressive win and i wouldn't think otherwise. But a date came up, Loeffler got him on the card, its been aired in the states and boxnation in the uk. Proska wipes the floor with any middle in Australia not named Geale and I would have a sizeable punt on Proska stopping Daniel if they meet before Proska is too shot and no Kel no one was ever at any time giving AA the slightest chance of winning the super six tourney , most fans looked to him getting his arse handed to him by a total nobody of a fighter like Edison Mirandad as a clear indication of his ability , my own thoughts on GGG v. Prime Mundine @ 168lbs would be a UD to the G man or a possible win for him by TKO Mundine really wasn't ever a top tier World class level fighter regardless of how he & Khoder manipulated his way up the Mickey Mouse WBA rankings basically he lost every time he stepped up to that level and his best performance at 168lbs being his lopsided loss to an injured Kessler speaks volumes , as for SOX's " dancing circles "around GGG comment ? Well that just rolls over my head these days as Sox stopped giving an impartial view on Geale a long time ago .

I don't recall whether AA was given a chance at the super 6 or not, but he had a much better resume than GGG up to that point, and was considered very dangerous to any fighter.
Yet he had his ass handed to him by the best SMW's.

How so? Kessler is a beast and Mandy is regarded as china chinned.

My opinion is just that and ( my opinion) and I stand by every word I typed because I like yourself believe in what I write / write , lets see Geale in with a tough guy like Proska or someone that level I didn't say he would win I said Proska IMO beats any middle in Australia not named Geale and that I would have a few quid in him dropping him and stopping him because that Could IMO happen , as for AA being fancied to win the super six , No he wasn't no one fancied a blown up middle weight to beat the top five 168lbs in the world , now moving on to Mundine I can see why you want him to have a standing at world class level because let's face it in him having that it makes Geale resume look better than it really is , it's obvious you have great faith in Geale and support him to the hilt but don't let dismiss and rubbish every other poster who is still unsure how he will go when he steps up to real works class level against the best in the division .

1. AA was talked up in the super6. Actually Dirrell and Ward were considered outsiders.
2. So Proska would wipe the floor with Sam Soliman who just picked himself off the canvas and gave Felix Sturm all he could handle
3. Mundine was a top tier fighter at 168lbs between 2004 - 2007, to say he wasn't a top 5 168lbs is being delusional. Apart from Joe and Kessler who was a certainty to beat Mandy at that time?
4. So Mundines complete lopsided domination of Danny Green and stoppage win of a previously and never again Sam Soliman has no weight?
