C'mon now...neither of those fights carry the meaning the previous incarnation of Legendary Nights had. They were excellent fights, but they were just that, fights. Held no special meaning to them IMHO. And I thought you were just joking anyway. Shane vs. Margarito on LN would be a waste of an episode. Want better. Just my 2 cents.

I get that. I just don't think it matches up with how meaningful the fights were on legendary Fights 1. If DLH vs. Pac is the end game from that fight, then they may as well just use DLH vs. Pac. That has more meaning, as it made Pac into a rock star. I would think the way the plaster controvery was handled, they may want to just let sleeping dogs lie. Not to mention, keep it on the positive. For me, i guess it depends on how mnay episodes they do. And what makes the cut, or get's cut.
An undefeated, prime fighter, one many fans say Mayweather was avoiding takes on boxing's most avoided fighter, who likely uses plastered wraps to alter boxing history? That's a fight made for a documentary. Plus, the action was amazing.
You see how you have to hype it with certain words Jeff? If hyperbole is required, then it's meaning is kinda artificial. Hope you see what I mean there. I just think for a program like Legendary nights, you want the best fights. Not what makes for a drama filled half hour. My contention isn't that the fight was meaningless, just that there are better ones to choose.
