I don't know why it's still a major issue with some of you. Go to the state corporations page and enter the name of the company. All the company info, date of formation, name of directors, addresses, EIN, etc. Mayweather Promotions does exist. Canelo Promotions exists. Promociones Miguel Cotto exists. Anyone with $150 can start a company.
