With Floyds recent defection to Showtime, I don't think he will be featured in legendary nights show...

    And so with Oscar...

Only one of his fights qualify IMHO, and that's the DLH fight. And with another SHO fighter, so maybe not.

With them making obvious parallels to his Dad's fight, though the two only really had that one similarity.

Of course, if it gets the ratings (which it probably would), they may do it anyway. All about the benji's!!

That was the fight that established Pac as one of the top boxers in the world. DLH put him up there in the spotlight, the Cotto fight confirmed it.

Please look past your Pac/pac fan hatred and focus on the big picture.

I'd like to see an all encompassing one:

    Cotto-Margarito-Mosley

That whole thing is one hell of a story for Marg. From the top of the top to the very bottom.

They announced that they are doing a Gatti-Ward Legendary Nights, but I didn't know they were doing more. If so, great news! I have been waiting for more Legendary Nights for years.

You're kidding right? Pac was P4P #2 about 4 fights before the Cotto one

  14. Oscar vs. Trinidad wasn't as good of a fight as Cotto vs. Margarito.

Cotto/Margarito is a good shout. Fits right in IMO and I'd DVR the **** out of it.

No telling of the Pac/Cotto fight is complete without the Cotto/Margarito saga. Plus, Cotto vs. Margarito was a much more closely contested fight.

Pac beating a likely damaged Cotto at a catchweight is much less legendary than Cotto/Margarito.
