    You have just elencated three of the fighters he carefully avoid, and would with all probability beaten him;

    His CV level of opposition is poor, there's nothing to say.
    By the way, about his supposed rematches..... Rahman was a bum, nobody even expected him to trouble LL, and regarding mccall, he was notoriously a drug addict that had just came out from the rehab, LL cherry picked him for this only reason, and you can see how mc call "fought".... seriously, that was merely another gift.

    This is very much debatable, my dear lad.

    But let's wait how Wlad finishes his career. It's still a few years to go. He is the 2nd longest reigning hw champ in history, IIRC.

    Accomplishments, i'd say Lewis and then Wladimir. But it's not a big gap as people want to make. But H2H i think Vitali in his prime is very underrated, he was a monster and i think he would've beaten Lewis, even in his prime.

    I was around & sorta involved in those days It wasn't Lewis that was scared it was Bowe!!! & mainly Newman. Old Rock knew if he put Bowe in with Lewis, as he'd previously agreed to do, his golden goose was dead. As he admitted to me "why risk it all against Lewis when folks will buy Ferguson & Dokes" ?
    In his prime Lennox whups both Klitschko's same night

    You dont know what you're talking about......Explain why Bowe ducked Lewis?.....Bowe at the time had 3 belts and was getting shafted by King and the WBC with shity business deals...Newman wanted no part of working with King , Sillyman and vicea versa....This is why Bowe thrashed the belt and not Lewis....Lewis then chose to take an easy fight with washed up Tony Tucker for the vacant belt instead of going after one of Bowes other belts.....The fight was going to happen when Bowe became champ again after beating Herbie Hyde if Lewis hadn't been knocked out by Macall.

    That bum Rahman KO'd Corrie Sanders, the same Corrie Sanders who went on to humiliate Wlad in 3 and a half minute, one-sided beating. Doesn't say much for Wlad that he he gets totally annihilated by a bums KO victim.

    Yep, cancelled their fight 4 times and then eventually ran into retirement to avoid facing him. Then Wlad waited a few years for when Rahman was totally shot before he was brave enough to get in the ring with him.

    If you think about there is a solid argument for ranking Rahman ahead of the Klit brothers. He beat Sanders - something Wlad wasn't good enough to do, beat an out of shape, over weight, unmotivated Lewis - something Vitali wasn't good enough to do and ran Vitali into retirement.

    Lewis
    Rahman

    Wlad
    Vitali

    Bowe dumped the belt in a bin in London. He went back on the well documented agreement between the camps of Ruddock, Lewis, Holyfield and Bowe plus the TV company.
    Bowe beat Holyfield and he and Newman then backed out of the agreement = Ducked out of a Lewis fight inorder for worthless defenses against Dokes and Ferguson.

    It's quite simple really.
