IM Fairly confident in saying this!

    REASONS WHY....

    1. Chavez Jr has an IRON CHIN
    2. Maravilla is an ELITE BOXER, who's elusivness gave Chavez big time problems, GGG while a decent boxer-puncher, IMO is no wear near MARAVILLAS Skill Level
    3. I would argue Sergios power is just as good as GGG, besides Chavez he has brutally stopped very good opposition, while GGG has been KOing Cans & could not drop 154 pound Rosado who had been previouslly stopped by Angulo
    4. SIZE, Chavez jr is wayy bigger than GGG, he would take whatever GGG hit him with, & his rellentless pressure eventually stop GGG, landing vicous body shots, beating up the EURO

THOUGHTS???? Would competitive while it lasted, maybe GGG ahead on the cards, but Chavez stops him in rounds 8 or 9

Chavez is too inactive once he gets on the inside, and while he would be much the bigger man, I can see Golovkin landing on him almost at will. He seems incredibly heavy handed and I don't think it's out of the question that he stops him.

    Edit

Infact I think out of all the possible outcomes, a Golovkin stoppage is the favourite (for me).

It would ultimately end the same way as Gennady Golovkin vs. Omar Chavez, let's just leave it at that.

Respectable chin, but his threadbare defense would push the limits of human capacity to absorb shock.

It would be like Holmes vs. Cobb if he somehow made it.

No. I don't think he walks on water, nor am I saying he walks through someone like a Maravilla. There are a handful of top middleweights who could give him real problems, based on what I've seen of him.

Chavez Jr. isn't a top middleweight. I think you're making the false assumption that I've bought into the Chavez hype. He's nobody; a complete fraud. Heavy hands, can take a punch, ZERO skill. He's essentially no better a fighter (I'd say actually worse) than Librado Andrade was, he's just more heavily promoted with a celebrity trainer and legendary father.

Lee is a nice flattering bright spot on his largely padded resume, but there are some asterisks there. Lee is talented, but fragile. He used Chavez's face like a speed bag until Chavez's heavy hands and ability to withstand punishment outlasted him. Bad styles match-up for the Irishman, who isn't himself quite up there with the best at 160. His next best is Rubio, a B+ MW, and he went life and death with him. After that it's Duddy, who is B-/C+. Add two gifts over Carlos Molina early on and one against the pedestrian Zbik, and that's literally every notable opponent besides the one who schooled him for 11 1/2 rounds.
