Greb running 10 Miles a day ? And his training Routine ?

Is this true or more fiction, i've been trying to find his training routine or parts of it and this seems to be the most consistent thing coming up.
Also anybody know anything else about his training routine?, the women and boozing has pretty much been proven as myth by now.

 

There isnt even footage of the guy. How are we supposed to arrive at a deifinitive training regimen.

Considering the some years he fought once a week, running 10 miles a day, essentially averaging what many world class milers do in a week, is just ****ing absurd. But dont let that dissuade the old fancy set and their rose tinted glasses. They will contend he did it twice a day.

 

Well i'm assuming the 10 miles a day were when he didn't have fights one after another in quick succession HENCE the needing to train...

Didn't Jeffries supposedly do some lengthy roadwork? I'd be more inclined to believe it of Greb. Jeffries was a house.

 

Jeffries apparently ran 13 Miles for Fitz but when it comes to Greb running 10 miles when in training i guess it's impossible... :huh

 

Jefferies did it carrying a Deer on his back.:smoke

I see jeffries is still getting underrated. He didn't need hands. Just a mean look from Ol' Jeff could stop the heart of a mountain lion, let alone a deer.

 

That's because he had lasers in his eyes.

 

Pretty sure someone posted a newspaper clip of a reporter following Jeffries training and what said is true.

Hard work,the old boys didn't know any other way.
