At times, I really wonder, how old some of the people are that frequently post on ESB. Seriously guys, Guerrero is not going to go to Jail for four years. On the four charges he is being accused for, the maximum sentence is four years, and the maximum sentence is hardly given out to the accused, atleast for first time offenders. Given the fact that Robert is a celebrity, the gun was unloaded, he isn't middle eastern, and if he has no other serious priors before this, I think the most Robert will do is community service.

Depending on the judge and the DA Robert might get 18 months.

Aint nothing cool about going to jail. I haven't went and don't plan on going anytime soon but hopefully whatever time he's sentenced to, it won't belong because I know he needs to stay around to support his family.

 

Yeah I bet Robert Sr. changed his tune quick as hell on all that hard time **** when he heard about the arrest. LOL.
