uh... the judge granted him a later date so he can fight on May 5th, remember? he was supposed to go to jail around February originally but the judge granted him until later in May. they had the green light to make the fight happen, then Arum digged in his tool box of excuses to ensure that the fight DIDN'T happen.

I am aware of that. But the judge didn't grant it until Jan of that year remember. Before that, like I said, his availability was not set in stone due to his court date.
