Don't ever accuse me of being a recluse, M. As for the other, it's a only a hobby.

Rocky was a rhythm breaker and it was the experienced old school boxers punchers who thought they were going to have a picnic with Rocky but they got caught, I mean Moore was on a roll and other than the right uppercut that Moore said was one of the hardest he landed, Moore got dominated. Call Walcott old but he was a strong, hard-hitting experienced tough guy with pin-point power and savvy. Charles just coming off 2 solid and electric wins over Coley Wallace and Bob Satterfield who Ko'd Cleveland Williams and dominated Nino Valdez and KO'd Bob Baker In 1, 34-1-1 Rex Layne was never the same after a perfectly timed one punch right hand severed his upper teeth at the nubs.

Marciano had an instinct and a knowledge to break a fighters rhythm and none were the same after a Marciano beating

    rhythm breaker

I say Mental Toughness and a Determined Attitude... he lived in auster times and he knew what was required to get on top. He didn't argue with it, nor question it, he just accepted it and did it. I know from my own life very few of us have this approach to life anymore. Many, many people in the west get a leg up or have a helping hand to some degree.

BTW, some of you may agree, some not. But I think Carl Froch is a modern day version of that attitude, and he just strikes me as "honestly" willing to meet any of his peers, no bones, no BS, he'll fight cha!
