He'll probably work out a deal with NY, stage a couple fights at MSG and all will be good. But talk about a brain fart man, bringing a gun on a plane.

 

Kinda weird how the day before Robert got arrested, his father was running his mouth about Prison, and how Guerreros do straight time.

 

Well he did get it on the plane when checking in at the Cali airport right? Dumb move not to check with the NY state gun laws tho...

 

Yeah i bet Ruben regrets that. No father wants to see their son go to jail. I understand he was just talking **** and messing around but yeah that sure backfired.

 

I feel for Robert, especially if NYC was one of the stops his flight was taking, some people get screwed over when they have to make a stop and when they get their gun they get ****ed over by NYC officials out to make political points.

I remember one dude was going to VA, his plane was diverted to La Guardia for some reason, got his gun, checked it when he was about to leave and go to VA and they arrested him for the same ****.

 

Im not an expert on American law, but surely carrying an unloaded gun,with no ammunition, wont see a guy get ACTUAL jail time?

 

In NY you will because of their terribly written law, you can add NJ and Chicago to areas with ridiculous gun laws.

 

I think Guerrero is likely facing jail time. I pray that he doesnt but from what im reading, NY dont play around. Its a shame cuz Robert was trying to do the right thing.

 

Yeah I can't hate on Robert, I don't think he is gonna win, but this is real life and NYC is most likely going to try to dick him over because that is what they do.

 

Do u think they will keep him locked up in his own cell away from all the inmates like they did with Floyd?

From what my friend told me about Floyd, my friend works in the prisons out in NV, they shutdown the wing for Floyd. They removed all criminals from the wing and only allowed Lt. to go to the wing, which from what he tells me means Floyd had that wing to himself free to walk around and move.

Robert isn't getting that treatment.
