    First offense, can chalk it up to not knowing the law since it changed recently, they'll give him probation or a fine and call it a day.

    They haven't done that to anyone else, and the problem with the law is that it imposes mandatory minimums on violations due to their high capacity mags.

    Robert is gonna have to work that the amendment of the law is in effect after his fight, they are talking about amending it because no magazines that fit the ban are in creation, so they want to limit it to say people can have no more rounds loaded in mags.

    He really is in a terrible situation, maybe he can get help from Cali, in that they won't send him to NY in the event he is found guilty due to the law or something like that.

    I know something like that happened in Alabama and Tennessee with Phillip fulmer.

    It's NOT cool (and I tell young people all the time)... it's UNCOOL and LAME!

    Lots of jails, prisons, and penitentiaries in the US. are now privately owned, money making rackets.

    Everybody gets paid!

    The cops, the DA, the bail bondsman, the Judges, the guards, et...

    ... All these people (and more) profit from your dumb ass when you willfully commit a crime!

    Doing time doesn't make you a "G" :nono... but it DOES make you a fuc*ing idiot!

    Jail is for suckers!:deal

    That said, I have nothing but disdain for New York's Draconian and counter constitutional gun laws.

    One official was already quoted as saying " I hope he fights better than he thinks"
    this is a big deal and aint going away anytime soon...... it doesnt work like that with felony charges
