    Good fight ?

Think it makes sense, Banks is trainer to Wladimir Klitschko and friends with both brothers and if Haye beats him could set up good momentum for a fight with one of the Klitschko's

Banks is poor. Haye will need more than that to put even casuals arses on seats at the MEN.

Banks is a good fighter, solid amateur pedigree and a good pro record, only been beaten once at Cruiserweight by Tomasz Ademek and coming off a big win over Seth Mitchell, who was a bit of a hypejob anyway but he was hyped up as the saviour of American Heavyweights, and Banks derailed it.

Who would you prefer? Manuel Charr ?

Tiger Thompson would be far better

  9. Huck might be a decent first fight back if he fancied the move up again.

Wouldn't be made because of the Afolabi rematch, but still.

Banks is a fine choice IMO. It's already been mentioned but he is coming off a huge upset win on HBO. I mean who else is Haye going to fight? Ruslan Chagaev? Ugh

Huck would be awesome. Won't happen though. That's one of the few fights out there that I'd see potentially troubling Haye actually.

So the choices are Banks, Chagaev or Charr? Or is the case for Banks just dependant on the alternatives being poor? fair enough, the division is poor but I'd hope they can find a better opponent than Banks.

Not interested in banks I've watched him box twice and both times I fell asleep

  15. Honestly though, who is out there right now & available that would please everyone?

Carl Thompson's got to be a Heavy these days...
