got to go hamed. after barry chases him and drops him.

just think barry would miss to much and get caught swinging. and hamed wouldnt let him off the leash.

also mcguigan looked a bit vulnerable when he was given angles and thats what hamed thrived on.

If it's Hamed, at his very best, it's Hamed by knock out for me.

Assuming Naz it at his best, I pick him by knockout.

Its got to be 12 since Naz never fought 15, both men have fought 12.

Always laugh at how underated McGuigan is in these threads. People are always taking him to be KO'd yet he was never KO'd in his life as either a pro or an amateur.

McGuigan cuts the stomach clean off Hamed for a hard fought but UD over 12 rounds

Hamed's highly unconventional style sees Barry unable to land effectively so Barry loses a close decision in this one

Remove the dots between y and t...

Anyway I think Naseem gets the job done, but it would not be easy, and cuts aside, it probably would of been a grueling 12 round war.

    Naseem 7/5

I think Barry wins a decision. Naseem has more speed and skils, but Barry was a tougher guy mentally.

If Naseem had McGuigan's mentality, discipline and commitment, now that would've been some fighter.

exactly. I still admire Barry more. He was a warrior at heart, and his fight with Stevie Cruz was a misfortune in that heat and 15 rounds that day. He would have beaten Cruz easily in an airconditioned arena or anywhere else.
