The noise in the arena told a lot of the story.

All you need to do is listen to Bellew in the after-fight interview:

"I mean, I'm the hometown fighter..."

Em... so you don't have to actually win by the agreed rules of the sport?

I've always gotten the impression he's a bit entitled. After the Cleverley loss, rather than be dignified and move on, he moaned constantly about it and a rematch (which he rejected when finally offered it).

Then there was his Ring TV interview, which is painfully stupid in retrospect. Tony, you let yourself down tonight. Not entirely in the ring (even though your conduct was frankly pathetic on occasion), but certainly in your behaviour.

I agree, that was poor from Bellew. It was a close fight and a draw was probably generous for Bellew. Saying that Chilemba is better than anyone that Cleverly has fought as a 'world champion' so this standard of 'world class' really imaginary.

If Cleverly had a close fight against Bellew, he wont win against Krasniqi. Remember my words!
I saw Krasniqi many times and he is much better than Bellew! A great chin together with blending hand speed and since he trains with his new trainer a lot of power (4 KOes in a row!). His uppercut will be deadly especially against cleverly with his wide stance!
Cant believe that people say that bellew is cleverlys best win... is this true?

Shocking. I was a big bellew fan before tonight but he has really put me off, don't get me wrong I'll still watch his fights but I can't help but think he's a spoilt **** now. His comments say a lot about the state of boxing. Hopefully somebody will suffer watching it again and we'll get to here some thoughts on a second viewing.

But Cleverly would've beaten Chilemba no two ways about it. It was quite clear early on that Chilemba, whilst having good reflexes, carried no dig whatsoever. Yet Bellew went further and further onto the backfoot. I don't like slating fighters in defeat because getting in the ring is something that shouldn't be taken lightly, but after the pre-fight comments for Bellew to then deliver a chicken **** performance like that and then go crying to Chilemba afterwards was cringeworthy.

The time change ****ed me up!

Was like where the **** did the last hour go until they said about it!

  14. Well Wayne Rooney thinks the judge who gave it to Chilemba should be banned for life.

I didn't think it was possible to dislike the **** anymore than I already did...

Main event is later than that Jim. Prescott/Crawford from 3.15/20 then Rios/Alvarado.
