Exactly. I thought he'd do alright if he didn't go too cautious like the Ovil rematch and fight so far out of range he might as well have been back in the dressing room. Chilemba had better smarts than I expected but still for a Bellew to fight like that against a guy who carried no power was truly pathetic

Exactly I think it was partly because the fans were expecting a real tear up tonight which never materialized.

"Its not Bellew's fault that his workrate and urgency is poor! Like i have said time and time again, he is drained at the weight! Everybody with any sense and knowledge knows this"...

He is a good boxer technically, but physically..? I think he is too zapped and empty at 175.

I tell you why because Bellew was dog tired! This is really hard to see? In the first two rounds he lost a lot of energy because he missed badly with almost every shot! He won the rounds but not because he hit anything just because Chilemba just was looking to make Bellew miss.
Just look at Bellew in this fight! Breathing heavy! And after every comibantion he had to back up and take it slow again.
Bellew was tired! But he was lucky that he did not faced a guy with any power! A guy with power would have put him out of his feets in this condition!

Most embarrassing part of the night was Bellew screaming after the fight as though he had won and the crowd stared in silence

My talk! Look at my post below!
Since round 5/6 he looked dog tired... But i really cant see him doing anything great at cruiserweight! He has not the power or the skills for it.

No problem. I've noticed that when things go wrong, it's never Tony's fault. When he split with Arnie, it was totally mutual, still mates. Within six months he was implying his poor performances were down to his old trainer.

Loses to Cleverley? Robbed and allegedly ripped off by his promoter. Gets offered a rematch? Deal's not good enough.

He reminds me of Paul Smith.

If he was German, he'd be treated like a kaiser.

The funny thing is, he came across really well in the post-fight interview after the Cleverly fight, admitting he lost to the better man.

Then shortly after he started saying he clearly won it...

Ne he would not... we have many good light heavyweights (Brähmer, Woge, Dirks, Krasniqi, Zeuge will move up and and and). But after a fight like this he would get huge critic! I mean even when Brähmer showed up again (as a former World Champion) comentators were very critical about him although he won the european belt after a long lay off.
So no your coment is crap. We dont hype up domestic level fighters! because thats all bellew is. really nothing special!
