Arum is making it a tiny bit hard to hate him. Rios-Alvarado is a damn good rivalry. I was about to come up with some cruel jokes at the expense of Alvarado for getting raped by of all punches - a jab. But damn, that ******* showed iron will tonight. He came in with a good strategy but what impressed me the most was his resiliency. A bit disappointed in Rios. Didn't show any ability to adjust and his power seemed to have waned after rd 6.

Close fight. I wanted Rios to get the nod but Alvarado deserves the 2nd fight just a little more. He was on his heels the last 3 rounds, but whenever he decided to sit down on his shots he would get in the better work. Brandon got in more consistent 1 punch shots.....but had a really hard time getting anything going because of the different strategy Alvarado went with m

Alvarado won clearly. Had Rios gotten the nod, it would've been a bad robbery.

    Close fight but...
Arum insured PAC/Marquez 5 by taking Juan's last option away.
    Well played Bobby.

I'm impressed with Alvarado sticking with fighting on his terms. Brandon was relentless but whenever Alvarado decided to dig in and bang it out, he actually got the best of Brandon which surprised me.

No it wouldn't be a robbery if Rios got the nod. It would have been an unpopular decision but Rios was more consistent in pressing the action. He also inflicted more physical damage. It was a close fight and the score cards reflected the fight accurately.

    how so? :huh

    Marquez could fight

    Bradley

marquez makes the decision, he goes for money or legacy with WW belt in bradley and showing pac how to beat an undefeated fighter.
