I kinda disagree with this. I didn't really see any fire in him after the 6th rd or even before the fight. Garcia was getting excited and urging him to press the action. He didn't listen. I didn't see Rios applying stronger pressure as the fight advanced. He kept doing the same thing repeatedly which allowed Alvarado to outpoint him and sometimes even stun him with a good shot. But hopefully Rios can make some changes for the next fight which I think will happen.

Rios came off kind of sore loser, but it was cool to see them both maintain respect. Just a ton of random emotion going on at the time and let's not forget the hundreds of punches to the head. I think Rios was mainly concerned with being sure to get a rematch since he had given Alvarado one. Alvarado would have done it anyway but Rios wanted to hear it right then and there on TV, and there's nothing wrong with that. Guy just was a little obnoxious and wouldn't let Alvarado even accept it lol.

I just thought he got embarrased cause he convinced himself he was going to win easy and it didn't happen. I know he did road work with Haredia but the guy almost didn't make weight and you could see he had a lot less in the tank for this one then he did for the first one.

I liked it because it was real. He was amped and really just wanted to get it on again.

Yeah, I could barely understand what he was trying to say anyways. And come on now, anyone expecting class from this lowlife hasn't been paying attention.

He could have let Alvarado speak his peace before making an ass of himself. It looked like Robert was looking at him like, "damn dude wth are u doing?"

No. I thought he made an ass of himself compensating for his loss. Which I can understand and even empathize with. But couldn't he at least have let Alvarado enjoy his well earned moment in the sun?

Kellerman to Rios: If I were 50 lbs heavier, I'd beat your @ss! lol JK

I do think it was a bit much. Let Mile High have his moment.

I agree, it was not the rant but the timing that kind of bothered me. Mike won, give the guy a little bit of respect (like he gave you in the last fight). As for what he said I have absolutely no problem. Boxing needs more personality and controversy . . . I cannot see how anyone who can praise this can have a problem with Broner's Brush stick. Its just these young guys being who they are and its better than the run of the mill snooze-fest where people thank god and all that crap. If you have no problem with Bam Bam but you do with Broner there is an underlying issue that you do not want to admit:bart
