He probably took peds in his last fight but i think he's shot as ****. He just looks perfect against Pac. Put him in there with some other elite opponent and i bet i looks his age.
First to stop Casamayor, Juan Diaz and a "Prime" Pacquiao, Not to mention he beat Rocky Juarez with easy a guy that Barrera went life and death with, I really don't see how he's "overrated".
What has he done in the last few years? I know he's only fought Pac and Floyd but it's just my personal observation. The guy gets hit easily against other opponents. He was in a semi-war with Katsidis and Diaz. I just feel he was put on this planet to make Pac look bad. I could be completley wrong but that's my view. Of course with Tim and the war he was in you don't know where he's at exactly also so it's a great fight regardless.

It's a little harsh on JMM, but your point is well taken. Bradley would be by far his 2nd best scalp, and before Prov, Nacho didn't seem eager for that fight at all.
