It wasn't as bad as some people pretended tbh. I felt they were both ready to continue that fight for at least 3 or 4 extra rounds yesterday. :yep

Loved it! Rios is real as **** and you can't claim he's fake or phony....he is exactly who he is on and off camera. He was ampped up on adrenaline and knew he was in an absolute war and didn't mince words. He wanted to do it again.

Even if he had won...I GUARANTEE Rios would have said "Let's do it again!" and really meant it! Not just because of the money.....but because of what took place inside that ring. It was an incredible display of heart, will and determination. There was also a lot of skill on display with a clear view of contrasting styles.

Brandon made a lot of fans with his comments after the fight because he was believable and no one is questioning whether he REALLY wants the fight...Everyone knows he's chompin' at the bit for another crack at Alvarado and I think Alvarado feels the same way....he's just not as passionate.

I thought Rios was childish, immature and outrageous. Dude, have some respect for yourself, your trainer, the interviewers, and ESPECIALLY your opponent. Rios should have let Alvarado have his moment to shine. Rios should have controlled his emotions. They are PROFESSIONALS, not animals. There is a way to show your emotion without coming across as a spoiled, petulant little child who was just told he couldn't have any candy. Grow up.

I think he gave Alvarado a chance during his interview immediately after the fight. Brandon only responded when he was brought in to the conversation.

Brandon wasn't acting immature or childish.....Broner acts immature and childish. Brandon does sometimes as well, but not in the post fight interview. he was just being real and didn't have any problems showing his passion.

That's what it was, man. Their styles are made for one another, and both fiercely competitive. Eventually when they have the third fight, their wars will be remembered alongside Corrales-Castillo, Gatti-Ward and Vasquez-Marquez.

People keep saying he was being real... like being "real" gives Rios a pass for acting like an animal. The fight was over, they weren't going to go another 12 rounds right then and there, so act like a professional and let your opponent speak. Wait until it's your turn to speak. You can show passion without being a spoiled brat.

He was a bit of an ass, but AT LEAST he didn't complaint about the Decision.

He just wants another shot and you can't argue about that. With that being said, give the Mile High Warrior his due...

He's an entertaining character, and he clearly CARES about winning, which is more than you can say for some of these guys. I thought it was refreshing.
