    How Floyd, and previously Broner are pretty much the only fighters that get demanded to move up in weight?

    people saying Floyd should go up to 160/154 and fight out of his natural weight, and when Broner was @ 135 people were begging him to go up to 140/147..

    yet fighters like GGG, Martinez, Canelo, etc NEVER get pressured to move up and their fans get super defensive when Ward is mentioned as an opponent lol. also, Matthysse be weighing about 160+ pounds, why isn't he being pressured to move to welterweight? isn't that the excuse why Broner should be moving up?

    but anyway, what i would like to know is, what is the reason behind fans wanting Broner and Floyd to move up so badly? Is it because you truly believe in your heart that theyre unbeatable at their weightclasses and would mop the floor with their opposition:)yep)? or is it the desperation of seeing them possibly lose while not fighting @ their comfortable weight?

    why aint he fighting @ 154/147? oh i know why, he'd get laid the **** out by REAL punchers :hi:

    why aint GGG trying to prove himself against SOG, better yet why not against ACTUAL MIDDLEWEIGHTS?

    Usual complaint when you have black fighters.
    They used to say Paul Williams needs to be at MW or Jr. MW instead of 147.
    I'm sure if Gary Russell wasn't a midget they would say he needs to be at 140.
    Soon they'll be saying Crawford needs to be at 147, Demetrius Andrade needs to be at 168, and the Charlos need to fight at 160.

    People want Mayweather to move up because he can't be beat at 147 by anyone currently around, that one is the most simple.

    People wanted Broner to move up to justify his P4P ranking, after all at 130 135 he is massive, isn't the idea of P4P supposed to benefit fighters fighting larger fighters? I'm not sure if Broner beats everyone at 135, let alone 140 or 147.

    GGG and Martinez are both too small for 168, they should go up there about as much as Mayweather should go to middleweight (not in the slightest) Canelo doesn't even seem big at 154.

    I thought the Matthysse thing was a typo, even so most fighters 140-147 are similar sized, so I'd like to see him move up.

    Yeah, I'm not racist at all, I don't think I have a black fighter in my personal favorites but the way black fighters are treated is garbage these ***s basically lynched Peterson and not a single GGG fan has said fighting number 22 Ishida instead of number 12 Vera was a **** hole move, blatant racism

    Who said Floyd should move up to 160? That's madness. Floyd is a certified ATG (top 25) and is the greatest fighter of this era.

    His prime is not even WW.. So it's ******ed telling him to go up to 160 other than wanting to watch him get ktfo.


    Broner on the other hand is actually a 140 fighter..... so he really should go up to 140. You know he's not a 135 fighter too. You just added his name to make a point.



    Also Broner is not Floyd. He fights like an aggressive version of PAST PRIME Floyd. Which is not good enough to go undefeated against today's 140 and most people know it.



    The other main difference is that Floyd cleaned out EVERYTHING prior to him becoming a mega star....... Broner is already showing signs of avoiding certain fighters.


    If Floyd is Jordan
    Broner is not Kobe... he's Tracy Mcggrady..

    There's a bias with light skinned fighters, so fans don't expect as much out of them.
