I can see the positives but for me its really quite simple to wake up sunday morning and download the HBO/Showtime broadcast. Its another subscription I dont need as I can get the international fights easily elsewhere and they are the native feeds as well.
to some on here, HD and good production is as important as the quality of the fight! Not mentioning any names(USA ROB). Boxnation are doing a mighty fine job with their international coverage. Just need to improve on domestic cards now.
The problem is that if Boxnation relies too heavily on international cards will they get enough subs consistently? They need around 100k to break even.
Knowing I gave Uncle Frank money would be like knowing I put the locks on Albert Fritzel's basement, I really don't think I would be able to cope with the self loathing and guilt.
Hmm tenner a month, thats about 2.50 a week, if only i had some real-life measure i could compare that with, to get a context of how cheap it is
They have to pay a heavy premium for the HBO/Sho commentary, unless the promoter has negotiated that as part of the broadcast rights. It's probably cheaper to whack Rawling and AN.Other into a studio for two hours of poorly researched, meandering bollock talk.
