50/50 fight. Golovkins best chance to win would be to KO Geale in the first 4-6 rounds, otherwise Geale takes him to the final bell and that would definitely favor Geale.

Golovkin is a world class boxer, he doesn't get the credit because he believes so much in his power than he tends to at times forget his defence but his angles and head movement etc are very very good, in terms of boxing experience Geale is a novice compared to him.

You think Geale has better pure boxing skills than Golovkin ? Your opinion. I think Golovkin would stop him middle rounds. And im not saying this to get a rise out of you or Sox but i don't even think it would be that competitive. You have shown Kas from your previous posts about Golovkin beating Proksa that you are a fan of the "Styles make fights" logic. For me, this is one such case. Awful match up for Geale.

Golovkin is shaping as one of the most exciting middleweights since Marvin Hagler. But he hasn't fought anyone as good as Daniel Geale yet.

There is no way Geale is a better pure boxer than Golovkin... Anyone who seriously believes that is obviously trying to have a **** stir

Of course GGG is a world class boxer. No one said he wasn't. He is easily a top 3 P4P puncher.

Head movement?? You clearly haven't seen many of his fights if you think his head movement is "very very good". It's actually one of his flaws. He definitely needs to fix up his defense if he fights Martinez, Geale or Quillin.

In terms of pro career, Geale is way more experienced based on achievement and opposition. In terms of amateur career, GGG is easily more experienced with 300+ fights, however don't dismiss Geale 165 amateur fights.:nono

Some areas he is definitely better than Golovkin in just as Golovkin is better than him in others. No problems with your opinion. It's one of two possible scenarios that would most likely happen, the other being Geale uses his great movement to avoid GGG bombs and takes most of the later rounds as Golovkin slightly gasses from loading up his punches.

Geale will be the first opponent of GGG who can

    - take a powerful punch
    - has great head movement
    - has good footwork
    - has amazing workrate and stamina
    - has solid defense

All I'm saying is don't underestimate Geale. :good

Ggg looks the goods, but he gets hit quite a bit. Unfortunately geale doesnt hit that hard to slow him down and golovkin would tag him sooner or later.
