It'd be an upset if Chavez manages to win a single round against Ward.

I don't think anyone's breaking their necks to see Ward fight.

I have absolutely no problem admitting Ward clearly outboxed Froch that night.
But Ward is dull as **** to watch, as evidenced by his disgraceful ticket sales and total absence of any kind of fan base despite being #1 in his weight class and in the very least top 10 pound for pound right now.

Chavez lost 11 of the 12 rounds against martinez and was totally outclassed if wards looking to fight any of the middleweights it should be martinez or even ggg

If Ward can take good money i expect him to take this fight and i will not blame him EASY money it would be probably his easiest fight ever, Chavez is bum without his great size advantage which he will not have at 168!

How long can Chavez continue cutting down to 160?

As long as he thinks he can get away with diuretics.

Ward just wants an easy pay day.

He'd probably try and force Chavez to Oakland too.

Right now it looks like a mismatch but if Chavez gets back to form and keeps improving, his pressure and infighting skills would be an interesting test for Ward.
