trash talking loses its relevance when you get your ass smacked down after each fight

 

Well he did beat vargas after talking **** to him.

 

the thing that's funny about Mayorga is that you get the feeling he is 100% dead serious with his **** talk hahaha he says wants to kill opponents and i believe him! he just usually doesn't back it up cause he fights guys that are a class above him but he made it pretty far with his skill set, further than you would expect a guy like him, he made the most out of what he had. Can't help but love a guy Mayorga and he fought crazy good opposition throughout his career

The lines he threw at Oscar were worth it alone.

 

it was ok, but a little boring after a few years. Sometimes the prefight stuff was too long, and the fights were a disappointment.

 

His fight with Vargas was pure drama. I didn't know who was going to collapse first from exhastion towards the end.

Being with King didn't help when Don had the great idea of throwing him in with Corey Spinks instead of Margarito.
