This is possibly the last fight we'll see bellew as a main event fighter

His last three fights have been stinkers which is terrible for a Guy who has been promoted as an all action 'Bomber', he never should've been a main event fighter but only was because of Hearn's small stable and big schedule of dates presented to him by Sky.

Now that Burns & Ugly kid have signed with Matchroom they can start headlining and Bellew can fight on the undercard where he always belonged.

 

Cloud will want a confidence builder after his loss. If i was eddie, that would be the fight i'd try & make. That would be sink or swim time for Bellew

 

That's a decent call actually, it's not exactly cashing out but at the moment the picture looks bleak. Might as well get him some world level oppostion a la Murray vs Rios. Bellew was one win away from a shot at Dawson, despite his best opponent thus far being Clev.
