Most common flaws newbies make?

    You'll know it when you see it. Literally looks like they're a slow rockem sockem robot. Just kind of pumping out jabs and crosses with no real force behind them.

    It's similar to throwing a normal punch, but it's not done with any real violence, speed, or snap, it's just sort of shoving your hand into their face.

    Getting emotional.
    Not keeping the hands up.
    Not being in shape.
    Not enough jabbing.
    Not learning from mistakes.

    Not pacing. Going all out for 30 seconds and then ****ed for the rest of the round. That was mine anyway.

    there is a lot of experienced boxers who are not in shape and still are competing in high level. I`m not saying its good, but i wouldn`t put it in noob flaws.

    Thinking just because they won a few school yard fights they know more than everyone

    Flinching and tensing up was a big issue for me when i first started sparring.
