You do know Golovkin had major promotional issues with his old contract with the now defunct basically Universum from Germany in 2010.

How do we see Macklin-Golovkin going ? I think Golovkin will knock him out which would make a hell of a statement when you consider in his 2 stoppage defeats, the corner pulled him out against Martinez and the way the Jamie Moore fight ended was clearly down to exhaustion and fighting at a weight he shouldn't of been at. Should be a fun fight though and a good test for GGG.

 

Comparing Macklin to his fight with Jamie Moore from years ago is like comparing Geale to his fight with journeyman Nonoy Gonzales years ago when Geale was nearly knocked out.

 

I think GGG stoppage. He was getting tagged too much in the 2nd half of the Sturm fight I think Golovkin stoppage round round 9-12.
