The last welterweight PF was superb, probably the best one so far so I disagree with everyone who slates PF, with the right fighters it can be a very entertaining night & I think the stoppage bonus is a good idea.

You need young, hungry guys in PF, preferably with a come-forward & high tempo style. When they include lots of guys at a higher level or too many old veterans it often fails to deliver good fights.

There are loads of young/up & coming cruisers around at the moment; Askin, Simmons, Price, Keane, Conquest, Dawson, Camacho, Clarke, Jumah, Vallily & more. Promotional issues mean a few wont be involved but PF could be a good thing for the domestic cruiserweight division.

Fair point, but 'Block' would be out of his depth against any of the names mentioned on this thread.

Him and McPhilbin would be good for laughs if nothing else (I'd favour McPhilbin to flatten him though)

With all due respect your boring cliche line of letting "my Irish bias blind me" is total bollocks!

Please give me some instances of the and I will happily listen!

Also if you could explain how a 5 time ABA Heavyweight champion is 'shite' purely because he has beaten two journeymen then once again I am all ears. The format would actually suit him down to the ground.

Let's face it the British CW division ain't giving anyone a horn and the only one that I think Block would struggle with is Keane - but I just me think Keane is quality is letting my Irish bias carry me away again! ;)

You sound like your new account talks as much twaddle as your old one! Much love! x

    ;)

A 'boring cliche' based on fact Slap.

It would take FAR too long to quote your many, MANY instances of bias towards Irish fighters.

5 x 'IRISH' ABA Champion, not THE ABA Champion, won against a huge field of 8 - 10 active fighters at that weight. And he won them a decade ago, I'm sure ten years of inactivity has improved him immensely.

Declan Timlin was built up to 7 - 0 against the usual diet of hapless Latvians etc that seems to be Irish matchmakers favoured route these days, he did really well in Prizefighter didn't he?

As I've already stated ANY one of the names mentioned in the thread would beat 'Block', I'd actually fear for his well being if he was matched against Keane.

As the apotheosis of 'twaddle' (Irish related 'twaddle' anyway) you are hardly in a position to comment.

PS: You've got weird knitted hair.

I think it counts as two, if i`m right and with the fight he has got coming up and if the Froch fight doesn`t count he will have 3 dates left. One date would be the one in Cardif which has been talked about and another would be Framptons next show which would leave one more in July.

So in other words NO facts or evidence just the usual long list of bull**** as a smokescreen. Yawn!

You are one of the weirdest people I've ever encountered on the Internet. Have the police caught up with you over stalking Lee Murtagh yet? Must have sickened you to finally see him win the Irish title - and get a stoppage on his record as well! Haha!! You mentaloid!

Thought we were talking about 'Block' Reynolds 'sorting them out' in the next Prizefighter?

When you first started your vendetta against Lee I thought you must have been some kid that he throw out of his gym but it's gone on a big long now ain't it. Grow up and stop being so childish.

P.S. Leave Block's hot pants alone! Haha

This thread is about a possible Cruiser Prizefighter, and branched off into Reynolds possible inclusion, I really can't see why you keep bringing up Murtagh.

My 'vendetta' against Murtagh, consists of one post in the Macklin v Lee thread. Some lad said Ireland didn't get many big fights, I (with some sarcasm I concede) asked 'How can you say that when you had Lee Murtagh v Willie Thompson? '(I had this utter joy of attending that .... fight and can honestly say it's the worst I've ever seen)

This is a 'vendetta' this is enough to get the Police on to me?

Anyway see above ample evidence that 'Block' is sh*te and you ignore it.

Remember the first on when they dredged up all those old boys, Bruce Scott, John Keeton, Terry Dunstan, Darren Corbett (I heard that Mark Hobson got the call too but injured his hand)?

That looked horrible on paper but turned out to be one of the best ever.

Seeing Dean Francis getting sparked by Keeton was my favourite ever Prizefighter moment.
