That makes sense. Boxing is also a big mind game so if you have confidence you can feel you can do anything.

What Conte had Donaire doing is train high, live low.
I think people just think 'altitude training' and think of athletes doing it without understanding the physiology and protocols used to gain the physiological benefits. I think athletes do it primarily for a psychological advantage, it makes them think that they're doing 'everything possible' within the rules. Just because an athlete is at the highest level doesn't mean that their training is ideal. Especially if you're trusting someone completely unqualified like Conte to structure your training for you. Boxing is vulnerable to characters like Conte because on the 'professional' level, boxing isn't very professional.

There's scientific evidence that ZMA increases testosterone levels in men and stronger erections with more semen volume. It also helps you sleep better.

No there isn't. If you're deficient in zinc and magnesium it will have an effect. The only studies that suggest ZMA improves recovery/test levels are studies paid for by... Guess who? Every other impartial scientific study has shown that it has absolutely no effect. Magnesium helps you sleep and Zinc can help with sperm quality. IF you're deficient. They don't help testosterone levels either. You're also far better off buying zinc and magnesium in larger quantities for cheaper by themselves rather than paying for Conte's overpriced BS combination.

Well if thats the case, then maybe thats why Donaire left Conte.

There's science though behind getting the right proportions behind vitamins and minerals and combining them at the right amounts to produce a desired effect. I just know ZMA was helped me and a bunch of my friends tremendously in my workouts.

I thought Ward was doing so under Conte's advisement (Live high, train-low). Could be mistaken.

Yeah Andre Ward has worked with Conte's sleep high, train low advice but I don't know if he still is.

No, I have noticed a big difference with faster recovery times and I have more energy in my weight lifting sessions.

Cringeworty stuff it recycled so many cliches. Donaire has no charisma whatsoever. Is really "if you work hard anything is possible" the best he could come up with?

Rigo smashed it though, after Nonair's "I beat legend Arce this, Nishioka that, I have great focus for my family and people to give them hope and something to look up to, I do special scientific training simulating blood doping without blood doping because a clean sport is the utmost importance and I want to show boxing can do that, I train my ass off like never before so people can look up to me, I do padwork with my baby, mother****ers, Rigo ain't got **** on me!", Guillermo just calmly mumbles "Come April 13 and you'll see how good I am, simple as that."

No placebo effect at all because ZMA is 3 actual ingredients synergistically working together all at once.

Peer reviewed research has shown it has no effect. If it did have an effect you wouldn't feel it, and not even Conte has claimed it allows you to get extra reps out as you've claimed, it's not creatine or a CNS stimulant.
Do you know what a placebo effect is?
