    Where do you live? If you're most places in the US, it's not meant as disrespect but most people refer to Asians as Chinese, and mostly because they just don't know. Plus having not been around the Asian community, we couldn't tell a Vietnamese person from a Japanese person or a Chinese person. But as Kid Cubano said, chino is a term used to refer to Asians, and it's not any form of disrespect.

    I'm Cuban. We simply call Asians Chinos, that's the word that is used. This whole racial sensitivity and this whole issue with being politically correct does not exist in Cuba, it's mostly a U.S and i suppose European phenomena.

    And I know there are quite a few trolls that have been posting about this Donaire-Rigo fight, but I expect the non-trolls that are supporting Donaire to admit that Rigondeaux is the supporior fighter after the fight, and not look for excuses to bash Rigo. .

    Regardless, this fight will by the most satisfying of my life. Just because im supporting the massive underdog and i know he will prevail. Also the fact that Rigondeaux has been my favorite fighter for years. To see him finally make it will be nice.

    I will be here however win or lose, still a Rigondeaux fan, still one of his biggest supporters. Nothing will change that.

    Nope, not trolling. Rigondeaux is already like what, 33 years old? No matter what, he won't be able to accomplish anywhere near as much as he could have, because he couldn't get his pro career started until he could sneak out of the **** hole that is Cuba.

    All the top Cuban boxers have to defect to become professionals, they have to sneak away, because your shitty government tries to prevent them from leaving. When you have to force people to stay in your country, that says it all.

    The only thing Cuba is good for is running to if you're a fugitive, because they won't turn your ass in ;)
