    I voted for Manny Pacquiao.

    That said, I wouldn't argue with those that chose Pernell Whitaker.

    By the way... Shouldn't Oscar Dela Hoya be on this list?

    As a side note... this may be of interest to some:

    Pernell Whitaker on pacquiao, mayweather, judah, more (boxing scene.com)

    {Note: google the above line for the full story}

    Pernell Whitaker on Manny Pacquiao:

    "I think that he's pound-for-pound the best fighter right now. of course, I like him because he's more consistent than ALL of the other fighters. You know, he's been in the ring more consistently than others.

    He's been in there, if I'm not mistaken, like every three or four months. You can ONLY consider yourself a GREAT fighter or the best if you're in the ring consistently.

    You can't be the best fighter in the world if you're fighting once a year or twice a year. You can't call yourself the best fighter because you have to compete with the best."

    Yes. Oscar should be on this list. Oscar is a great fighter. He was shot against PACQUAIO and way past prime against Floyd though.

    History will be kind to Pacquiao, real fans will know that the Margarito, Mosley, Cotto, Hatton, third JMM win and De Lo Hoya win were bull****, the way he faced Mayweather's scraps and played with his opponents weights were despicable.

    Not a Pacquaio fan, but let's be honest. Floyd and P ac fed on each other's left overs like rabid ***** dogs....

    Also at least Pac fought Margarito

    Agreed!

    Neither Manny Pacquiao, nor Floyd Mayweather Jr., would have just 'rolled over' a Prime Oscar De La Hoya.

    They MAY have STILL prevailed ... but such a result is FAR from a forgone conclusion.
