Yes but when I think of placebo's, it's a pill that really has no ingredients and all fillers or sugar pills. Even you can't deny that ZMA is zinc, magnesium and aspartate. You never heard the idea of combining the right ingredients to make them synergistically work stronger?

I'm not really sure if you're serious. A placebo can be anything. Through what mechanism do you think those minerals are increasing your strength? That's not what they are claimed to do by Conte. And what Conte claims they do (increase recovery and testosterone levels) has been disproved in independent studies.

Who co-authored and funded that study? What do independent studies that have nothing to do with Conte say? ZMA is useless mate. Conte is a snake, an unqualified scumbag looking to make some money off people's ignorance. It's no coincidence he has got involved with boxing, arguably the most unprofessional 'professional' sport. Even boxing on the amateur level is more professional than 'pro' boxing, as there is a vested interest by a countries government to produce a medal.

Ok but placebo effect or not, I will continue to use ZMA because it really helps me out.

Nonito has lots of charm, in this clip you can tell Crystina Poncher wants Donaire so bad.

Diplomas are nice but what elite athlete have you been working with? Did they get good results under your supervision? You're such an expert, I'm sure you're working with world champions and olympic medalists.

There's no research to support IHT?

"The results of this study and literature review, allow us to conclude that intermittent hypoxic training with high intensity (close to and above upper lactate threshold) and medium duration (30-40min) is an effective training means for improving aerobic capacity and endurance performance."

The intensity used in that study isn't above lactate threshold, that has zero relevance to improving fitness for a boxer (A boxer isn't an endurance athlete, the primary energy system in play is the glycolytic system which requires intensities above lactate threshold). Notice their study found no increases in RBC count, like all the other studies (which is the alleged benefit of training like that, and what Donaire/Conte are claiming in the videos). There are contradictory studies on every topic, you need to look at the methodology and the general consensus among the credible studies. You can't just pick one study out without understanding it and claim that it proves your point.
Did you miss this part of my post?:
(a couple of studies suggesting a minor effect but the vast majority conclusively showing no benefits, often detrimental effects)

And yes I've worked with olympic gold medallists.

I think it's safe to say whatever Donaire is doing has really helped him out because of how great he's become once he started the gas mask training.

Rachel is hot but I do agree that Asian women in general are gorgeous, there's a reason why their the most preferred race of women.
