If you could only choose 3 Aboriginal boxers in a list of the greats, who would they be and why? Would you choose those you thought where the best fighters or the ones who made the greater social contribution? My list includes; 1. Jerry Jerome - the first Aboriginal Australian Champion. 2. Ron Richards - beat Lesnevich and could of been World Champion if afforded the opportunity. 3. Hector Thompson - underrated and lost to 2 of the greatest champions of his era.
