No. Many things are NOT resolved post negotiation. Missed weight is par for the course. Arrest and acts of nature have nothing to do with the sport. You are grabbing at straws.

I have used no disrespect defense. The defense is using the principle of, "No. I do not agree to extra testing." I said that the request for testing was not included in negotiations and had no bearing on the fight honored or not. Pascal brought it up (disrespectfully) and Hopkins refused. This is the sole reason it was treated differently. No more. No less. Over time, Hopkins' position does not seem to have changed.

In contrast, Pac knew going in, negotiated (in bad faith) furiously and refused to fight. Over time Pac's position changed. It shows, Pac stood for nothing other than not testing. You are guilty for entering into negotiations in bad faith.

WTF? What does this have to do with anything?

WTF are you even talking about? Do you think in any way I sanction this crap? The greater solution is with the commissions, however since fighters are individual contractors, I support ANY request/demand for more stringent testing if it is brought up in negotiations.

This has crap to do with race and everything to do with the circumstances and the course of actions Pac took. If Mayweather enters into negotiations in bad faith I will feel the exact same way. History has served to make Pac look like even more of a cornball.

Floyd never wanted the fight.. It's as simple as that.. His health is more important than anything else. He avoided PACMAN like a black plague and it's something that people will not forget except for his fanboys

Uhm. No. Extra drug testing has been requested many times by many fighters in the past.

    lol what?

listen sling blade, I don't deny or turn a blind eye to ****, I just don't care. Monzon, Valero, Diego Corrales, Sugar Ray Robinson, Ali, Holyfield, Suga Ray Leonard, Joe Louis etc....etc... all were documented administering far worse beatings on women, it's unfortunately a trend in a boxing. If you're gonna hold that against your opinion of someone as a boxer then you're gonna hate a good portion of fighters but you don't. I gurantee there's fighters that have beaten their women far wose than Floyd has that you love

Floyd Joy's entire negotiation strategy was more like "sabotage" than anything close to resembling "negotiations". You say Floyd wanted the fight yet ALL of his actions were completely contradictive to making the fight reality.

His Demands and off the wall allegations that he would later have to publicly retract were all elements that would have other wise killed negotiations for any other kind of business deal. Floyd never needed to act in this manner in negotiating fights before...yet with PAC all the sudden he wants to make negotiations a circus and make it next to impossible for anyone to want to sit across the table from him.

USADA was reached out to and Floyd most definitely had requirements. Otherwise BLOOD testing all the way up to the day of the fight WOULD NOT have been a stipulation. That's not a practice ANY testing organization would practice due to the health risks involved with invasive testing like blood tests.

I see the disparity in Mike and Ray's request for additional testing AFTER the fight vs Floyd's seeking out an outside company who doesn't work outside of the Olympics to created testing meausre for boxing. If you say you don't get it...that's fine....but you're only making yourself look foolish. It's like not being able to see the difference between 1 million and 10 million.:patsch

The NFL and the NBA also have testing that could have been used and were being explored....USADA isn't the best or top testing organization in the country....they are just tied to WADA and the Olympics which means they have a global presence based on nothing more than testing US Olympic athletes. How is that PAC making up his own protocol when it was Floyd who injected USADA into the equation?

And PAC agreed to RANDOM URINE TESTS....He agreed to multiple blood tests that made complete sense with regards to when they would be administered. Why did Floyd want such aggressive invasive testing like Blood tests when they aren't even the MOST effective way to catch those who are doping?

PAC actually wanted the fight with Floyd...and he went out of his way to bend and twist to try and make the fight even though Floyd was doing his best to kill it. He was blasting accusations that were false...he was creating new requirements and demands. He was acting very irrationally. The guy was under a lot of pressure and he didnt' want to fight Manny and he did a great job creating ways NOT to face him in the ring.

I'm sure you don't care about PAC's opponents...I'm sure you only care about Floyd. But at the end of the day many of PAC opponents were also Floyd opponents who NEVER felt the need to demand PAC to take special tests just to do their job as boxers and fight...That was only Floyd.

And you don't think all Floyd's opponents took his tests because of the Money? Don't be silly....of course they were going to adhere to whatever hoops Floyd put up in order to get that money. And the same goes with PAC......Only PAC didn't make any of his opponents jump through hoops. He just fights which is what boxers are supposed to do.

PAC agreed to additonal testing kid....he just had his own voice on the blood tests which he has every right to do so. THe Urine tests would have been more than adequate to make the fight..... but Floyd didnt' want the fight so he decided to take the hard line stance on the Blood tests. That won't ever make sense as we ALL know URINE testing is the best way to catch someone who is doping.

How many blood tests have caught boxers who had illegal substances in their system?:think

How many URINE tests have.....and lets just say within the last 4 yrs...

Sad thing is, nobody can prove that Floyd would've known that if he asked Manny to take a test, that he would've backed out of the fight. You create an air of suspicious behavior when you refuse to fight because of blood testing

Then refuse when other boxers state the same like Shane, JMM and Bradley

I do think it was pretty bold of Floyd to request him to take a test.

I think its fair to say that Floyd had no right to say Manny should take one

But if Manny and his corner can request all kinds of **** for a fight why not Floyd?

I don't wanna say Pac was on roids or not but its clear that his corner likes to have all kinds of odds stacked in his favor like weight stipulations. Still. Posturing starting from Pacs corner really ****ed this fight up.

Floyd Snr and his big mouth accused Manny of roiding.

Then after Manny had sued for defamation of character, the Mayweather's fell silent.

    Here's two transcripts from court:

In a statement the Mayweathers said: 'We wish to make it clear that they never intended to claim that Manny Pacquiao has used or is using any performance-enhancing drugs, nor are they aware of any evidence that Manny Pacquiao has used performance-enhancing drugs.'

The direction of the case took a turn against Floyd Mayweather Jnr last week, when the judge issued a ruling ordering him to pay £70,000 in legal fees and costs for avoiding questioning under oath from Pacquiao's lawyers.

Both hilarious and pathetic at the same time.

The last round he got SuckerPunched, he was bustin Floyd up, & gaining huge confidence, just what a fighter like Vic needs! Mobey was looking uncomfurtable, getting hit more. Had the fight not ended how it did, I believe ORTIZ makes it very interesting! They would have exchanged more throughout the fight, & Ortiz hits like a beast I believe he could have hurt Floyd, maybe drop him! Floyd was touching VIC up.the first few rounds, hitting him ALOT, butnever really hurt VIC. Ortiz was.becoming possessed the last round. Maybe he does.not win, but he makes it close. You cant tell.me in a Toe to Toe Battle Floyd gets the better of Vic, Ortiz hits twice as hard as Floyd! Has got to be the most **** feeling I have ever gad after a fight smh
