    I love BBQ chicken...that and the porterhouse are probably my favorite.

    Sweet potato fries too, I make them all the time in the oven, and
    they are awesome.

    Grilled salmon filet on baby greens with toasted walnuts, goat cheese and dried cranberries all topped with avocado and a triple melon salsa (cantaloupe, casaba and mango w/red onion and cilantro)
