I don't follow the MMA **** at all, but I know a lot of dudes are saying Jones is one of the best ever. Anyone out there who has a realistic of beating him at this point in time?

I thought Machida stood the best chance of beating him. He looked strong early but ultimately got choked unconscious. At this point in time, I wouldn't give any top 205er a great chance at beating him. Anything can happen but Jones looks like he will be a dominant champ for some time.

Anderson Silva, but I don't think they will fight each other. If they did JJ would favor JJ.

I rank him as #3 in the World.

We either don't know his name yet, or a HIGH level heavyweight.

Well Belfort nearly had him. Cormier, Gustaffson, Mousassi or Texeira are possible contenders that could possibly beat him..I wouldnt pace any bets on them though.

Not anyone @ LHW or below! No way... At HW? Maybe... Cain or JDS would have the best shot. They might not even be able to beat him. Guys a Beast!!

Bob, I'm not sure if you typed that just after getting out of a choke or what, but what do you exactly mean by that? :huh

Sonnen looks gaunt as **** in that photo. I reckon he's too big for middleweight. By his performance in his last couple of fights, it seemed he may well have been feeling the effects of a bad weight cut too. He looks like a big strong guy walking around the gym in TUF. :conf

    :hat

I agree. I think his performance against Bisping and the second round of the silva rematch he looked physically spent and weak. Renzo Gracie said in an interview that he was also focusing too much on promoting and not enough on training. These 2 factors MAY be big factors in his performances in those 2 fights.
I don't at all favor him over Jones, BUT I do think there is a CHANCE he can make the fight interesting and maybe win a round or two if he has better stamina and strength up at the higher weight.
