If he wants to become an ATG, he should move back down to 135 and clean out the division which would mean beating Vazquez, Burns and Abril (who all have legit claims to have done more at 135 than him).

Then move up to 140 and beat the best at that weight which includes the winner of Rios -Alvardo 3 if it's happened by then, Khan if he back on track, Matthyssee, Marquez (if he fights at 140) at the winner of Garcia- Judah. I believe though he'd beat all 3 at mentioned at 135 but lose to most of them I mentioned at 140

anywhere he wants to face the top guys is alright with me. there is no reason to move him up to 147 unless they are lining him up to face floyd or manny. no other fights makes him more money than cleaning out 140 would, at less risk.

147 has become a division with a lot of 140 pound guys moving up. Back in the 1980's with Hearns,Leonard, Curry,McCrory,Starling, Honeyghan, it was more solid. So it seems like guys nowadays from 140 want to go there when they don't want to do the work to make weight at 140.
