Froch vs Calzaghe if Froch Beats Kessler.....

Why did Froch constantly call out Calzaghe and then turn down a career high pay day when offered the fight just because there was a rematch clause? something which is a perfectly reasonable demand for a champion making a voluntary defence.

 

Show me the proof of this?

 

Yusaf Mack is not a super middle weight and his resume is no better than Manfredo's. Maybe you should look into the IBF corruption scandal to see how their rankings are made, I have a DVD documentary with clips of the FBI investigation and they just accept bribes to get people ranked.

the fight was offered and the only option was a rematch clause in the event Froch won I think, that is Mick Hennesy's version but I'll find ******'s. It was a career high pay day for Froch at the time too.

Hennessy says his "very generous offer" to stage the fight has already been turned down, but maintains he is prepared for Froch to fight on a bill promoted by ******'s Sport Network company.

 

That's what does my head in because every body likes to push that one under the carpet as well as the Hopkins pull-out in 2002 and blame Calzaghe.

Calzaghe had 1 or 2 shocking defences but Mack would have been without doubt one of his top 3 worst defences. Mack was a light heavy and had beaten no one.

Funny how people go on about how good Froch's win over Johnson is but say Calzaghe's win over Lacy was **** too lol, Johnson is another light heavy and has looked completely shot in all of his fights since moving down to super middle except for maybe Allen Green (like Lacy didn't neat better people than Green.

This was clarified at the time, the option they wanted was meant to be a re-match clause which isn't an unreasonable offer at all for a voluntary defence and ****** claimed he made a revised offer without the rematch clause that was still knocked back. I know ****** lies a lot but after all the mouthing off Froch did he was given a title shot with very fair terms which he knocked back.

 

Does Hennessy not say that an offer was made for the fight? Yes he does, why should Calzaghe have fought on a Hennessy show for less money when he was champion? come on man, Hennessy said himself that they turned down the offer n as I just posted ****** maintains to this day that the terms Froch was offered were very good even after Calzaghe sued ******.

Froch had a chance to make the fight simple as that but he opted against it because had he have lost, which he would have, he would not have been given a chance at the super 6 and would have ended up being branded another "euro bum" by all of the Calzaghe haters.
