Is there something going on in Ireland today that's stopping people reading ESB?

Not even the trolls have voted for Macklin to **** with us lol

I think the poll results so far tell us what macklin needs to do in this fight. Keep away and box the guy and dont get into a fight under any circumstance.

I really cant wait for this fight. Should be an all out war if Macklin doesnt box with serious discipline.

Gabe Rosado tried that and look what happened to him,it just prolonged the beat down.

It seems there is no blue print to beat Golovkin yet.

I hope Macklin does well though ill be rootin for him.

Macklin will finally end the ridiculous Golovkin hype

Macklin has nothing to do anything in this fight, except try and land a left-hook and hope Golovkin's chin is susceptible, but he's never been down so that seems unlikely, albeit possible. I don't rate Macklin's right hand very much, and he pushes his jab.

Golovkin will be far too powerful if Macklin tries to trade at close quarters, and if he tries to box off the back foot there is nothing a stalker loves more than being able to move a guy around the ring.

nobody in Ireland knows who he is, same as Andy Lee, don't know why some people think those guys are big over here

    Rosado is **** though

  10. Eh what ? 3-4 years ago those lads fought in Ireland on TV a bunch of times, all their fights get publicized in the papers. They're very very well known over here.

nobody watched those Hunky Dorys RTE sport shows except boxing fans, the man on the street doesn't know who Andy Lee is, I had to go back to his amateur career to try and remind people who he was

and to be honest, who could blame them with that senile old fart jimmy magee talkin bollocks throughout

I wouldn't call him **** he was just out of his depth fighting Golovkin

He's not even a middleweight so that couldn't of helped either.

Macklin is a better fighter than Rosado obviously but I don't see him doing any better,I hope he does but I just don't see it.

And btw Andy Lee is a household name in Ireland amongst casual boxing all his fights were shown on Irish television up until he started fighting on the bigger cards.Macklin not so much because he is English and hasn't had the same amount of coverage,he still has alot of fans in Ireland though.

Hardly, it was on national tv, even people who hated boxing coudn't help but hear about these guys. Its been a few years since they've fought on Irish tv so I reckon that their names have faded somewhat.

When I was still in school and Brian peters promotions was at its peak people who knew nothing about boxing used to talk about it:good
