I was thinking the same thing, the light heavy division could be the one to watch in the next couple of years :good

Yeah it's stacked. I forgot to mention Joe Ward, he's another major talent too and is only 19 years old. He's already bagged gold medals in the World Junior, Youth World, and European championships and holds a victory over Mekhonstev. :good

the only thing that will hold beterbiev back will be sticking with marc ramsay....he is a decent coach...but can only teach so much...i think he is a very limited trainer..

Beterbiev's a straight up destroying machine. If ever there was an amateur who would excel in the pros...

    Still early days tho.

YUK! I expected more. That guy took him into the fourth and even cracked Beterbiev a few times. I can only hope his record was deceiving. He did have 250 rounds as a pro but I have no idea how many times he had been stopped prior and am too lazy to check. I can only hope he was a fatter, slower version of Darnell Boone with a weaker punch.

    TTT for posterity.

Kovalev ends up KOing Silakh in the pros. NICE CALL!

Point #4 was still the best. **** off to all the bitches who cry "waycism" whenever someone roots against a Black fighter. Excuse the **** out of me for also being Slavic and not falling in love with every Black boxer that comes along.

I thought that was OK myself - Lecrosnier kinda turtled up and I think Artur was looking a bit too hard for the KO punch in the first coupla rounds and left himself a bit open. After his corner mention it to him at the end of 2 he doesn't get tagged again.

FWIW I boxrec'd Lecroisnier - he is a guy who gets thrown in against prospects (and generally loses) but there's a hiatus in his career between 2009 (when he was a MW) and 2011 (when he came back at cruiser and LHW) - since he moved up in weight 18 fights ago this is the first time he's been stopped.

Ya ward gave mekhonstev a pretty convincing beating when ward was still only 17 years old and he also easily beat hooper as well in the youth world championship
