Who will he likely face? We know RG is the first opponent, but who will the other 5 be, IYO?

I'm not sure there'll be 6. I think the wording was something like "up to 6".

  3. hopefully canelo is one
    khan prob is one aswell
if kell goes out there and ktfo alexander he surely will be in contention

  4. He will have to get out at least twice a year to face six
Of course an entertaining or close fight could mean 1 opponent gets 2 or 3 shots at the money
If i was Showtime exec my want list would look like this at this present time
    Saul alvarez
    Sergio Martinez
    Andre ward
    Adrien broner
    Manny pacqiouo

    But I can see
    Devon Alexander
    Miguel cotto
    Danny Garcia
    Amir khan
    Timothy bradley

It's sad how Floyd makes the LWW's move up, if he does face the likes of Khan, Alexander and Garcia. There's no need for a Cotto rematch.

    RG/Canelo/Martinez is the ideal scenario.

Ward? Lets be serious...two completely different sizes of fighter

  7. I agree and it is unlikely to happen that's why I said a dream tv perspective
    Would be manny,Sergio,canelo,Broner and ward
Catchweight obviously and if floyd wanted to prove his greatness I think he could do
    It as well

That's the only one of that list Floyd will bother with.

Floyd has no intention of going to 160 to face Martinez. Ward? Why would Showtime want that freakshow of a fight?

Broner is a Haymon fighter, and he won't let them fight each other. Manny... that fight has been and gone. He's with Top Rank and they won't send him over from HBO to Showtime.

    erm....

    Alvarez
    Winner of the Garcia/Matthysse/Khan tourney.

There is talk of Floyd fighting on regular TV and I think at some point he's going to have to just so they can buy some time and build someone who they can do a PPV with.

  10. Showtime are spending big dollar on this deal they are going to expect sensational build ups characters and big names
They probaly won't get them though

Danny Garcia, Amir Khan, Saul Alvarez, Devon Alexander will all be likely for Mayweather IMO

EDIT:Should they all do well over their next few fights of course.

More undersized fighters to add to the already growing list!

Apparently Sergio and GGG say they can fight at LM. But why would you risk a PPV on them though unless you know they can hit and perform at the weight?
Both should have at least one fight at the weight if they want to put their name in the hat. GGG really should have taken on Ishida at that weight imo. If he's struggling to get fights at MW why not open up another division to double your pool of potential opponents.

But you are fine with Martinez fighting undersized Floyd, right?
