A healthy Saglam beats any australian heavyweight.:yep:hey

His record is very deceptive. Half his opponents had never won a fight and his recent opponents are all 40 year olds getting their final paychecks.

Look in particular at the record of all of his opponents just before he fought them - losses, KO losses and more losses >>>

I think Browne beats Saglam but otherwise I agree.

I'm sure Mark is a nice guy and all that but there were literally no positives to take out of that performance. He won one round, the first, where Pasi was holding back waiting to see if DeMori had anything to offer. He didn't. Pasi dominated the next 3 rounds on the inside. There was one particularly bad moment in the 4th where Pasi landed a flurry of about 8 shots at will. I couldn't believe that DeMori couldn't block shots against such a basic fighter. In that situation, most top 100 HWs would have had DeMori in serious trouble there.

I'm sure the fight was good experience for Mark but based on what I saw today, DeMori is going to need a long long period of sparring and training with guys who know what they're doing before he can be competitive with anyone in the top 100, let alone world ranked fighters. Today he looked so slow, and struggled badly against some very basic inside fighting. His defence is non existent and any fighter with decent power would have destroyed him out there. Just don't be under any illusions about what he is capable of at present. He's miles behind Browne, Leapai, Haumono and even Welliver at the moment.

zxcvbnm, most of australia know that demori is useless, there is only one or 2 that believe otherwise, there are better opponents in oz for him to fight but he would get a flogging

Johnathan Pasi is only a blown up cruiserweight afterall. He's had 3 wins at heavyweight in his 50 fight career.

I believe Pasi came in at 211 pounds and de Mori 238 pounds.

27 pounds difference will make a guy look small by comparison - because he is.

No excuses... He looked just ****! Pasi was winnig the fight although he had problems with his shoulder before the fight! But his shoulder was so bad that he da to qiut!
De Mori has to learn a lot when he wants to win against a european journeyman. He said he is in germany because he can face the best boxers here. But I doubt that he is good enough for that. There are even many cruiserweights who would beat him badly.:-(

That doesn't make any sense at all, He just got married and that led to his distraction yet he has agreed to fight 3 times in one month, all of this after he just got married?

Mark's real distraction would be scanning the crowd to see if Vladimir has snuck in to catch a look at the new heavyweight boxing sensation from Down Under.
Unfortunately DeMori is just an accident waiting to happen.

Weigh in vid for anyone interested.

Yes sounds like Mark got a scare, putting everything in place to make sure it doesn't happen again.
