    After being turned down by the BBBC due to a cyst on his brain i think he will fight.

    Apparently will make his debut this month, at the York Hall, not listed here but on twitter it's being said, hes retweeting stuff and Danny Flexens tweeting it.

    Dave Murphy(no idea) is promoting it.

    Licenced by everyones friend, the LBF, luxembourg...

    why does it say this show is not sanctioned in capitals everywhere?

    Not sure, I'm guessing they're trying to tell us it's not sanctioned?

    BoxRec just trying to bully the LuxBox board out of the Britain - like they did with Haye, and look how that one ended up! http://boxrec.com/show_display.php?show_id=648464

    Weaver had multiple neurosurgeons clear him but the BBBoC have a "one size fits all" policy and there is pretty much no debate or discussion regardless of the evidence put to them.

    If he was told he couldn't fight then there is good reason
    We have lost a fighter to a fatal injury in the last week
    Surely better to be safe than sorry

    Thats where you are wrong actually, and that isnt a logical answer.

    Did Norgrove have a shadow or cyst or anything show on his brainscan? By your logic people with "clean" brainscans are more at risk than those showing an anomaly.

    If three neurosurgeons undertake an examination and say you are fit to box and at no greater risk than anyone else then what reason would the board have for not passing you - because that it what has happened in this case.

    I'm not going to argue over it as I don't have all the facts which is why I quite simply said that the board obviously thought he was at risk
    And nothing is worth risking your life over

    Well at least you admit you don't know the facts. The fact is that BBBoC decision making processes are not just out of a last century but the one before.

    If the decision of some red faced port filled boys club member trumps that of three top neurosurgeons that say his scans pose no more risk than any other boxer then it's a sad day for boxing and I'm glad that LuxBox is there to step in with some logical thinking.
