United States is obsessed with race. Before I moved here, I had never seen a place where people talk more about race. It's a little ridiculous. Maybe if they talked about it less they could reduce the racism.
To be honest, I'm not seeing that great handspeed in that video. It's nothing special. Above average but mostly because he's putting nothing behind the shots.
Why do you, or anyone for that matter, care so much about rather someone is white or black? What about their opinion? Sure they maybe genetically, what we call more white or more black than anything else, but does it even matter? Solis probably wouldnt call himself black... neither would Canelo call himself white... the Latin countries tend to identify themselves with their nationality, which they have more pride in than their race. Only Americans seem overly identified with race, not that it is a bad thing, I find myself looking for race too in orders. just a part of the cultural mindset of the country.
Most people wouldnt call themselves ANYTHING,if left to their own devices. Your skin colour is about as relevant as your hair colour. Same goes for nationality. Its all just crap that collectivists cling to
for the record they told me they are italians....not white...i think the rest of the world prefer they're nationality rather than the color
Italians are white Europeans, the northern half of the country is about as pure european as you can get. Italians would be very offended if you called them "non white". The southern half of the country are Mediterranean whites like greeks. The island of sicily and sicilians is where it gets complicated. They have some moorish/arab dna in them. Anyway, paulie is "white".
Nah...they did not like at all when i called them white people...they in fact said they were not white and that they are italian....no reason to lie about this at all. I like you was like nah your white....they thought it to be offensive to call them white...to be fair they didnt care to be called anything but italian. there was also a America exchange student there as well and she agreed with them...i literaly was the only one in there who argued that they were white people. the fellas i was with are stationed out there so they already knew but understood what i was saying comming from America....but where i was at and with those particular individuals they did not at all like to be called "white"....all female italians though...one spoke and understood english very good..the others not so much. The city i was in was Pordenone...spellin may be off but its the city where Aviano Air Base is at.....
Paulie doesn't look exceptionally quick. Checkout Gamboa and Russell punches. There is this kid Cotto also has, was on Showtime can't think of his name but he has incredible hand speed as well.
Those were some weird italians you met. I mean yeah their nationality is Italian, but their race is Caucasian.
i dont know...it seemed like everyone was on board like calling them white people was not acceptable as if it wasn't just them...like it was a Italy thing...thats why i brought it up....but they were the only ones i interacted with on that type of level.....so i dont know about any other Italians and how they feel about it.
