Dude are you a ******?? First off im a Floyd fan and could care less if Marquez was going to win. I was hoping he wins because he got robbed BIG TIME in the 3 rd fight, but that has nothing to do with a Floyd-Pac fight. that is way old news.

2nd, that was not a lucky punch. he already knocked down Pac a couple of rounds before that, and Pac is very easy to hit.

3, there shouldnt be a 5 fight because its a wrap!!! Brutal KO, whooped Pac the 3rd fight, and the first 2 fights were close. theres not 1 decsivie win for Pac so Marquez got it done. Tarnish legacy?? JMM will go down has one of the best mexican boxers ever, and thats a fact.

Manny has no defense. I think the fight would barely be competitve. anybody that knows boxing knows pacquiao is not very accurate at all. leaves himself wide open after throwing wild 4-5 punch combinations. thats the reason why Marquez damaged pacquiao 4 fights in a row because hes a great counter puncher, did u know mayweather is the best counter puncher?

There are lucky shots in boxing, but knocking your opponent down twice in the fight with the same punch is not luck.

Marquez timed a well placed shot in the heat of battle, at a moment where he was in danger of being finished himself.

 

Learn something about boxing before saying Manny has no defense. For ****'s sake, how was it Hatton, Bradley, and Barrera barely laid a clean shot on him and he has no defense? How was he not knocked out by Cotto at welterweight if he had no defense? His control of distance and upper body movement and guard provide defense.

Did you know Marquez is a counter-puncher who circles away from southpaws' left hands more often than Floyd does? And you haven't invalidated any of my points; Manny closes the distance faster and has better hand-speed and more explosive power coming forward than Marquez. And I say that as a Marquez fan. It's styles, simple as that.

everybody knows (not sure you do) is that Pacquiao best defense is his offense. when he keep swinging, most oppenets arent swing back. Whne he fought Marquez, thats what he did. but Marquez has fought him plenty of times and knows after he throws a wild 5 punch combo hes gonna be wide open for a couple of counter shots.

Well Marquez isnt slow but hes not really fast either. Mayweather is basically Marquez times 3!! Faster, slightly better counter puncher, way more defense = a Mayweather unnamious decision or a Mayweather KO

So what about the entire first round and the near entirety of the second round? Tell me, who did Hatton have an easier time backing up? How is Manny inaccurate if he landed flush plenty in a lazy fight against a well-rounded, quick boxer in Bradley?

Manny slips shots and weaves under punches, it's obvious. It happens every fight. Just because he's offensive doesn't mean he has no defense, get glasses or go to a gym. Having a defense doesn't mean you have to have a philly shell.

Mayweather is not Marquez times 3, he's completely different. He doesn't change levels offensively or throw the same combinations or circle away from southpaw hands the same way. We've only seen him have success walking southpaws down, with the slight exception of walking Ortiz into a few hands. How the fight would go down is unknown to us because it didn't happen. Just do me a favor and stop saying stupid **** like Manny has no defense and Mayweather is Marquez X 3 when he never got in the ring with Manny or anyone as good to prove it.

 

that's the truth Marquez was on his way to getting KTFO and landed a hail mary he knows it in his heart and the cyclone that will be unleashed if they fight a 5th time Marquez wants no part of, he knows he survived by the skin of his ass out and is pulling a Lennox Lewis vs Vitali K move.

 

Once again my thoughts exactly. One cannot give a win to Mayweather through another opponent he beat.

Listen Pac would get hit more if he fought anybody in there prime. hes easy not to get hit by Mosley who just got a draw with Mora. its easy not to get hit by Clottey when hes not swinging. The only person he fought that was anybody that last 5 years was Marquez and he got hit easy plenty of times. and yes Bradley hit him alot
